What occasions would your tents be suitable for? Our services can satisfy many party themes such as birthdays, holidays, back to school, play dates or any fun get together! Book your date!
When booking Amy's Sleepover Teepees Package what is included? Each tent comes with a comfy twin air mattress, fitted cotton sheet, fleece blanket, bed tray, decorative pillow and light string. Guests will be asked to bring their own pillow if desired.
How much space is needed to set up the tents?
Each tent / mattress set requires 6 ft. X 4 ft footprint. Remember, in addition to the footprint of each tent, there should be space enough around the tents for safe & comfortable movement in & out. Tents can be set up in a variety of configurations depending on space available & number of guests. You will need to clear all furniture from space needed prior to our arrival. We will not be able to move any furniture
Do you provide pillows? We do not provide pillows for hygiene reasons, so each guest should bring their own pillow and pillowcase. We only provide decorative cushions for the purpose of decor.
What type of bedding do you provide? We use twin size air mattress. Mattresses are sprayed with disinfectant after each use.
How are the teepees and other items cleaned? All bedding is laundered after each use. Inflatable beds, cushions and other decorative items are disinfected, and spot cleaned after every use.
What is the rental period?
A standard rental period is approximately 26 hours. For example, for a 4:00 PM party, a typical delivery & set up time is 2:00 PM with pick-up and collection time 4:00 PM next day. Amy's Sleepover Teepees rental is a small mother and daughter business, as such, due to my daughter's school schedule, at this time we are only booking Saturday's teepee rental setups and Sunday pick up. We will try and be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs.
What do I need to do prior to set-up?
This is very important! We ask that all furniture in the space you are using for your tents be removed prior to setup time. As per our policy we will not move any furniture or clean up before or after delivery and collection.
What do I need to do prior to pick-up?
Please remove all guests’ belongings and personal items from the party space before pick-up time. Please keep guests, children, and/or parents clear of the set-up area as we have a limited time for tent setup and breakdown.
Do you stay and host the party?
We don’t stay or host your party.
Can the tents be used outside? Amy's sleepover Teepees tents are for indoor use only.
How is everything powered? Our lights are battery operated, as this is safer for the children.
Do you charge for delivery? Delivery is included in our pricing for a 10-mile radius of the Zip Code 07011. For any areas outside of this there will be an additional charge which will be quoted when we respond back to your booking inquiry.
Are Pets allowed by the packages? We absolutely love fur babies, but please keep them off the teepees to prevent them from puncturing the air mattresses. *All pets and smoking must be kept from contact with any Amy's Sleepover Teepees rental equipment
Can my guests eat or drink inside the tents?
We ask that your guests use the breakfast trays provided to eat and drink on. There will be a nominal fee to the host should any significant damage or stains to our equipment.
What is required to secure my booking? We will respond to your inquiry via email within 72 hours. Our response will include booking dates availability along with a copy of our terms & conditions. Once our terms and conditions are accepted, signed and submitted, we will require a $75 non-refundable deposit to secure your party with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the party date.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you must cancel or reschedule your party for any reason, the following policies apply:
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, regardless of circumstance, there will be no refunds given for your previously paid invoiced amount & deposit.
RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule, you must request new date at least 14 days prior to original party date and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if you need to cancel with less than 2 weeks notice, our cancellation policy applies.
If you need to reschedule for any other reason, we will gladly offer you the next date available. We will try to have them rescheduled. Amy’s Sleepover Teepees reserves the right at all times to cancel party agreements should issues arise due to the health, safety of our staff and/ or conflict between parties.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card, debit card, Zelle, CashApp or cash payment.
