TERMS & AGREEMENT
--PAYMENT--
Bookings are held once a $75 non-refundable deposit is received. Credit or debit cards are acceptable forms of payment. We must receive confirmation of the final number for your sleepover party no later than 14 days prior to the date of the party. If the client chooses to downgrade the number of tents after this time, the original booking price will still apply with no refund..
--DELIVERY, SETUP --
The client is responsible for being present for the delivery, setup and removal of rental equipment. The client is responsible for any loss or damage incurred if He/She arranges equipment to be delivered without Amy’s Sleepover Teepees employee being present. The client is responsible for providing a cleared out space prior to setup of rental equipment. Amy’s sleepover Teepees is not responsible for moving furniture or clearing out space for rental equipment setup. Amy’s Sleepover Teepees is not responsible for cleanup after party, only for pickup and removal of rental equipment and for rental equipment setup.
--LOCATIONS--
We are happy to execute your event at the indoor location of your choosing. Delivery is included in our pricing for a 10-mile radius of Zip Code 07011. For any areas outside of this there will be an additional charge which will be quoted when we respond back to your booking inquiry. In the event that you choose a clubhouse, please be advised that you are responsible for all fees associated with a different location. Should the venue you choose to deny us access, your payment will be forfeited except your deposit, which will be returned.
--DAMAGES--
The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value. Damage and/or defacement other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to Amy's Sleepover Teepees will result in assessment of charges and billing to the Client. (i.e. no markers, food or drink inside tents). See equipment price list for more information. There should be no sharp objects that may puncture the air mattress. Please no jumping on air mattresses and no sitting/standing on tray tables. Pets and smoking are not permitted in tent area.
--PHOTOGRAPHY--
Should you agree that Amy's Sleepover Teepees may photograph your event in the party agreement, Amy's Sleepover Teepees reserves the right to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Amy's Sleepover Teepees, in perpetuity, and for other use by Amy's Sleepover Teepees. However, we respect your privacy and should you not like your party photographed, we will refrain from doing so or photograph within your stipulations. At no point will names, ages, or addresses or personal information be used.
--EVENT EXECUTION--
Each Amy's Sleepover Teepees party is unique. Exact decor, party favors, and fabrics are subject to change slightly based upon product availability. We strive to update our event designs frequently to keep them fresh and unique. We will always present a gorgeous event, even if exact details vary slightly from things that are depicted on our website. Any major changes will be communicated to you in advance of your event. If there is something you have seen on our website that you want at your event, please ask. We may be able to accommodate you.
-CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS--
In the event of a cancellation, there will be no refunds given for your non-refundable deposit or previously paid party balance.
If you need to reschedule for any other reason, we will gladly offer you the next date available. You must request rescheduling at least 14 days prior to the original party date. However if you need to cancel with less than 14 days' notice, our cancellation policy applies. Amy's Sleepover Teepees reserves the right at all times to cancel party agreements should issues arise due to the health, safety of our staff or conflict between parties.
--LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES--
Amy's Sleepover Teepees assumes no responsibility or liability for any claim for personal injury, death, accidents, loss or damage to the property. Insurance is the Client’s responsibility during the rental period. In the event of damage or loss of Amy's Sleepover Teepee's inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. Amy's Sleepover Teepees is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the rental equipment, menu, fabrics, or any activity taken place before, during, and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the Client.
--ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT--
Amy's Sleepover Teepees has provided this account of our policies and terms of service with the assumption that you have read and agreed to our policies before signing the party agreement. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the above policies BEFORE reserving your party
